We've been busy!

Jack and I headed to Walnut Creek to visit Caroline and Alice. Here's proof that Alice took the BART...the 2nd time in 25 years...we rode into SF and had a fabulous day

We had the last minute opportunity to go to Gleneden Beach for a meeting for Juice. We rented a house at the last minute and the Emerson's were able to join us. K.T. is yet another one of my pregnant friends. She's due in November.

One of my favorite vineyards, not purely for the location and view, but damn close. Their pinot is out of this world!

Aunt Jane and Uncle Arv drove all the way out from Mankato, Minnesota for a Barbershop Quartet competition in Anaheim. They drove out of their way up to see us for quick visit. Here we are at Lange Vineyard having a picnic lunch. Juice ditched work, we got a babysitter, it was a divine Wednesday...

Jack has had a hell of a July. It seems to me that he has teethed almost every day this month. Here he is at breakfast, asleep at the chair. The best thing is is that he woke up, took another bite, and passed out again.

Norris had some free time and rode the train down. We had a great couple of days lazing around in our p.j.s , drinking wine, sharing old stories, etc.

Carrie came up to see Alyssa and to hang with Kate for a couple of days. What a woman!
